WHO RUNS THE UNION?
Members elected to the Executive are responsible for running the union.
The Executive Council hires staff, which currently consists of an Executive Director, 5 Labour Relations Officers, an Executive Assistant, an Administrative Assistant and a Secretary/Receptionist to conduct the day-to-day business of the Association.
The Executive Council establishes policies and procedures to guide the staff while abiding by a constitution. The constitution can only be altered by membership at annual or specially called meetings.
